My respects to Chris, Barry, Mike and Charles who kindly read my "four sentences" and commented on them, including offering proposed summaries. This proved very helpful and was much appreciated. Warm thanks to each of you.
Also I've now seen some of the other "entries" (the assignment is due at noon today, August 20) and realize that I may have been the only one who took the four sentence limit in all seriousness. Following then, in a separate posting, is my argument, restated and elaborated in twenty sentences. Again, any comments would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Gail
