the below should have read that the post was NOT approved..i.e. it is ok to say bush will protect iraqi cities...but not to publicize a us govt report to do just the opposite - they push the oil shortage paradigm, the anti-china paradigm, the anti-iraq one...and that is exactly where the council on foreign relations stands on these issues
