Yes, but the rail gun is a major! modification from the Super gun. The
Super
gun used barrels and the rail uses sets of rail. The barrel was over
heating
and which minimized the number of shots the barrel could be used for.

This turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The Iraqi found a way
to fix
the overheating problem because the shipment of barrels was seized.
They
simply went to the rails. It redu! ced the calculations that had to be
done for
each gun and they could now use PLASMA as an energy source.
Israel believed that the super gun prototype would be directed
against them

That was the reason told to the world to justify Israel's action. In
reality
Israel and Iraq had been secretly working together on the project.
Following
the OSIRK reactor bombing in 1980 there was covert information
exchange going
on but it was largely one way. The Iraqi program was open to the
Israelis but
the Israeli program at DIMONA was not open to the Iraqi development
team. or
to anyone else The Iraqis were compensated finically by Israeli
Military
Industries.
The reason the Israelis were not opening their project to anyone appears to
have been because Einstein developed a different set of algorithms
for them.
So the program developed differently in Israel than anywhere else.
The US was
having a hell of a time reconciling the variance.
No one k!
new why he generation from the reactor produced a utilization
curve
that was not the same as any other reactor based upon mass spent.
That is why Robert Maxwell was shuffling all the PROMIS software
around
That is why Mordecai Vanunu was running around with photographs of
DIMONA.
The Iraqis had discounted the Israeli data entirely. Bull was using
their
data
Bull was involved with Canada, China, Brazil and South Africa as well
as
Iraq. Maxwell was involved with the sale of PROMIS to South Africa.
Maxwell
was like Murdoch. He wanted satellites. If Maxwell was going to
challenge
Murdoch he would need satellites. He was trying to consolidate
Brita! in's
media. Bull's program was the cutting edge in satellites from defense
and
weapons to telecommunication. Britain needed the Iraqi data. What
harm would
it do to sell them barrels for a gun that would melt?
Canada and Isra!
el want the Iraqi data. We already know that China was
taking
information from everywhere Everyone wanted into the DIMONA to figure
out why
it was not working (no one suspected the math!) See how the Maxwell
piece
fits in? Everyone needed a backdoor and Maxwell was the guy chosen to
provide
it-PROMIS.
Hussein MADE Bull tell Israel the Iraqi results because of the
agreement.
Bull did not trust the Israeli.
Even today Hussein wants Israel to be monitored the same as Iraq.
That is
part of the problem in the UN now.
