As should be obvious just from the URL, one of the winners is Bill "rtf" Gates! The medium is the cash cow! (No matter what the news is, the newspaper company wins. No matter who wins or loses in the economy, the economy entrenches itself deeper in our lives....)
They should have published the proceedings in Panorama SGML format! Or, since that someday died yesterday, then they should have published them in HTML or even just "plain ascii" format.
