I just automatized it, it compare the date of some files at startup/restart and update the menu when needed. For now my first concern is to finish my fvwm-applications xdg menu. About 2/3 is done. Maybe later I will include it in fvwm-crystal in parallel with its existing menu system, but with another key binding. Dominique
