Fix sanitising XConfigureRequest and XConfigureNotify events.
libs:
* FEvent.c (fev_sanitise_configure_request)
(fev_sanitise_configure_notify): Fix trunctation of int to 16-bit
quantity. This broke ConfigureRequest handling for some applications
like acroread.
