It will allow fvwm to trap every X11 event before it reaches the
clients. That will allow us to trap key-presses, key-RELEASES (that's
the main idea) without using key grabs. And it could someday allow
fvwm to modify this events.. It uses the Xorg's Xevie extension. It's
like a compositing manager, but for events :)
