Whenever a GTK program pops up a dialog window (with
gtk_window_new(GTK_WINDOW_DIALOG)), the window appears at the top left
corner of the screen. I've tried changing the UsePPosition/IgnorePPosition
and GNOMEUseHints/GNOMEIgnoreHints style options, and neither one of them
helps.
