Full_Name: Dmitry Bolkhovityanov
Version: 2.4
CVS_Date:
OS: RedHat 7.1
X_Server: XFree86 4.0.3
Submission from: (NULL) (140.221.9.192)

A strange effect happens when applying WindowShade to a borderless &
titleless window: the window area becomes a "title" -- i.e. it is filled
with title color (which appropriately changes between focused and unfocused

when focus moves).

It looks even more funny with xeyes -- two elliptical areas act as
"title".
(In fact, I discovered this WindowShade behaviour when playing with
AnotherLevel (yes, it still works with 2.4, fine!), which has
"Style xeyes NoTitle,NoHandles...".)

Addition 1: in case of "Style * WindowShadeSteps N" with N>1 this effect
disappears and window shades to a 2-pixel-tall horizontal thingie.

Addition 2: when some window ("A") overlaps with only such "title phantom"

("P"), the RaiseLower only lowers "A" but not raises, as if "P" doesn't
exist at all.

To reproduce (works fine with built-in config too):

Style ZZZ NoTitle, NoHandles, BorderWidth 0
Exec xterm -T ZZZ &
Wait ZZZ
Next (ZZZ) WindowShade

P.S. 2.4 is great!
