Why?  I don't intend to draw into the frame window, only to
reparent the individual sub windows of the decor_w to the frame.
First experiments with rxvt indicate that transparency works fine.
All I did was reparenting the windows as described and selecting
Enter/LeaveNotify on the frame instead of the decor_w.

It's only the looks.  If the new approach with the additional 11
windows per frame is implemented, the frame won't flicker at all,
except perhaps the title window.

Sure, if someone codes it ;-)  No, I have no reasons against it,
but if someone else doesn't do it I don't know when I can finde
