I think it always worked this way.  I didn't want to change that
with my latest menu changes because the feature is available
through colour sets.  I didn't want to add features that are
removed in 3.0 anyway.

Use

  MenuStyle * HilightRelief

to activate that.  It's not the default for backward
compatibility.
