* A EWMH review:
* Added comment on the implementation at the top of ewmh.c.
* Fixed _NET_WM_MOVERESIZE.
* Added _NET_WM_ACTION_MINIMIZE in _NET_WM_ALLOWED_ACTIONS (nothing to do).
* Added _NET_WM_STATE_ABOVE (just an alias of _NET_WM_STATE_STAYS_ON_TOP)
and _NET_WM_STATE_BELOW (nothing to do).
