Log message:
* Fixed bad interaction between SnapGrid and paging that could lead to
paging or no paging at all.
* Implemented a partial workaround for buggy XFree 4.1.0.1 which does
deliver MotionNotify events if the pointer hits a screen cornet while
very fast. It's an ugly hack, but it improves the situation somewhat.
