Please don't space your text that much. Also, this is _not_ the list
to ask that. You should have tried the fvwm list first, (not the
workers list), but in any case this has _nothing_ to do with fvwm.
It's the entire responsability of your distro.

Anyway, you could put

#!/bin/bash
/usr/bin/fwm2

in the file /etc/X11/Sessions/fvwm2 and make it executable. I have no
idea if this applies to kdm though.. Please consult KDE's
documentation. And please use google _before_ posting this kind of
things in any mailing list.
