But FVWM doesn't care about any of this -- I mean, as far as FVWM is concerned, its calls to XMapWindow(), etc., will work as-is -- it neither knows about or cares whether X11 is running in seamless mode or not. So I fail to understand why you think there will be a need for a different FVWM config to some other. As Dan pointed out though, I too can't see why you'd want FvwmPager in this case, since as I understand Rootless mode, virtual desktops don't apply. What is it about even the default config (c.f., fvwm -f /dev/null) which isn't giving you a starting point? Annoying though, you've now got two separate threads asking the same question. Kindly pick one of them, and stick to it -- I'd rather not have two parallel threads with the same conversation happening in them. :) -- Thomas Adam
