It *is* in the man page:

  Style * SmartPlacement, RandomPlacement, CleverPlacementOff

It may be a bit confusing since it explicitly lists
CleverPlacementOff which is the default.

No, the script apparently does not handle commands buried in
decors.  Just change it manually.
