See FAQ 3.18. One of several possible listed suggestions is:

  DestroyFunc StartXTerm
  AddToFunc   StartXTerm
  + I Exec xterm -name "my favorite options"
  + I Wait XTerm
  + I Next (XTerm) WarpToWindow 50 10p
