FVWM version: 2.5.12 Basically when executing in FvwmConsole: Style FvwmConsole WindowListHit
after having executed: Style FvwmConsole WIndowListSkip does NOT make 'FvwmConsole' (or whatever window you want to sub in here) visible in WindowList like it should. By all accounts, this is a missing feature (bug), right? The only way to 'un-WindowListSkip' is to restart Fvwm and thereby resetting the window styles to WindowListHit. thanks for your time.
