FVWM: Is it possible to tell fvwm to make windows only as big as the desktop?

First of all hello and thanks for fvwm, THE window manager for X ;)

Do you know wether fvwm-2.5.14 has the capability to resize windows to
screen-size automatically if they are bigger than the screen - like
kwin does?
