Does not work is not a good description of your problem.

If you want to hit a key and have unclutter hide the cursor, you don't need
Fvwm for that.  Modify unclutter to accept a signal and use kill -usr1 or
something like that to tell it to hide the pointer.

Fvwm doesn't have universal control of the mouse pointer, thats not the window
managers job.
