Thanks for your reply. I checked the window with FvwmIdent, it shows nothing for title and name (no Untitled or NoClass). The class and resource strings are set, though. So the window must be setting the title string to nothing, I take it? What I'm trying to accomplish is to automatically set the NoTitle style to windows with zero titles. I've seen some apps that have this problem, Revelation Password Manager is one example. In my experience, such windows are always dialog windows.
