Hi, I have an Secure Client user who is prompted for to enter her username and password by Secure Client every 15-20 minutes.
She is using our standard install with Secure Client SP5 build 4199 using 3DES IKE, and RADIUS authentication. She is using Windows 2000 SP3 on her home machine. She is also using the generic* login on Checkpoint, and not a Checkpoint user account. We have over a 100 users using the same kind of set up, and I can't figure out why they only get challenged every couple of hours, and she is challenged 2-3 times an hour. I don't think it's any of the general settings, because then everyone would get challenged 2-3 times an hour. Any ideas as to what to look for would be greatly appreciated.
