This is one issue AI specifically adresses. Unfortunately, blocking the networks is 
not an effective means of dealing with this issue. It can temporarily, and in some 
cases permanently shut off one particular messaging service. I equate this to trying 
to use your own list to block adult websites. SmartDefense addresses this issue by 
intelligently inspecting data transactions, and recognizing the messaging protocol 
itself. As new services come out, you have the ability to filter and identify them 
using regular expressions.

If you're using AI I guess you could do it from SmartDefense. Otherwise you must block 
the Messenger server networks (addresses have been posted here previously).
