FYI - I got this figured out. XP by default, turns on the integrated
firewall for all dialup connections, by default. Disabling this got Office
mode to work.

THanks,

Scott

Subject: [FW-1] Office Mode fails to connect

Greetings all -

I have an NG2 firewall n a Nokia IP440 running, and the SecureRemote clients
work fine. I purchased the requisite SecureClient licenses, but have yet to
be able to get this to work.

Here is the situation: I have a firewall, with a 10.0.0.0/8 network on the
inside, connected to the public internet. When I turn office mode on, the
client gets a DHCP address from my server (in the scope 172.16.6.0/24), but
I get the "tunnel test failed" error.

In reading over archives of the mailing list, it was mentioned that I needed
a static route on the firewall for the 172.16.6.0/24 network, to point to my
internet gateway. I did that, but Office Mode still fails. Does anyone have
any insight into this?

Thanks,

Scott Lazzari
