If you are going to use the cluster in a load sharing setup I
believe it is required or you would have un-synced packets being dropped
on one of the cluster nodes.
You can check to see if the ha/sync module is working by issuing
the following commands on any of the nodes in the cluster, since you are
using a third party clustering solution these do not always show the
whole truth, but they will tell you if FW-1 is working.
- fw ctl pstat (Check the output at the bottom for sync and ha info)
- cphaprobe stat (This shows which nodes are currently active)
