Check under Policy -> Global Properties, select SmartDashboard Customization, click Configure. Then select Firewall-1 -> Web Security -> HTTP Protocol. Theres a lot of configuration here for HTTP traffic. Might be it, not sure. There's enable_prop_find under Security, I needed this one for WebDAV.
