You probably just didn't want to type the whole thing or its a typo...
But to be sure, you added the MTU value into:
HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\TCPIP\Parameters\Interfaces\
[interface ID]\ {MTU DWORD 1400)
Correct?
