Hi, I have a Checkpoint NG-AI/FP4 installed on a Nokia IP130, IPSO 3.7, both management and enforcement installed on the same machine. Very simple policy, just a few hosts, which are allowed to do everything.
Verifying the ruleset manually works fast and as normal. But installing the ruleset is extremely slow: When in the installation window, after showing the third progress bar and the progress label "Verifying..." the machine takes about 57 seconds until it continues (which is fast then). Where's the difference between manual verify and installation verify? I'd usually guess that this is a DNS problem, but DNS is not installed on that machine.
