Try these two ways

Directly on the machine with the "cplic put" or "cplic putlic" command.  If
you want to delete all installed licenses and just the one your installing
put "cplic put -o"
ex: cplic put eval 2f540abb-d3bcb001-7e54513e-kfyigpwn CPSUITE-EVAL-3DES-NG
Ck0123456789ab

or by using SmartUpdate asuming your license has it.

Once done, do a "cplic printl" which should show all the installed licenses.


Note:
The license installation will fail if:
- IP address of the module does not correspond to the IP address in the
license
- License is already installed on the machine
- License is not valid
