You could refer to the solution referred to by sk18456 from Check point.
It recommends an upgrade of FP3 to FP HF2.

I'm trying to setup a VPN and keep coming back to the same problem
reported in the logs.
encryption failure reason: Packet is dropped because there is no valid SA
Has anybody seen this before and perhaps tell me what's up?
