I've done this before on my 440's. Should work fine. As long as there
are no changes in the VRRP implementations between the IPSO versions
(and I wouldn't expect there to be any between different releases of the
same version), you should be OK.

I would upgrade the backup box first. Then, assuming that it goes OK and
you can fail over to the backup, then upgrade the other box (former
master)
