Hi List, I have been reading Solution ID: skI992 as I am having trouble configuring Gateway High Availability in Splat NGAI.
This document describes enabling CPHA in NG. They say that most of the work is done in the GUI: "Step 1. Go to Menu>Global Properties>Gateway High Availability, and check 'Enable Gateway Clusters' checkbox." The problem is: I do not have an 'Enable Gateway Clusters' checkbox in my GUI. My GUI is: NGAI R54 build 289. SVN Foundation is: NGAI build 317. I have installed a distributed setup with the ClusteXL/HA components enabled, etc. I have used our licenses and a full featured eval license. Whats the scoop on CPHA in NGAI? Where do I configure Gateway HA in NGAI? Thank you.
