Hi all, I have H323 issue. I am havving NG AI on linux . Call center is behind one firewall and ip phones and gateway is behind another firewall. The problem is we can make calls between ip phones. When we get an external call and if put the call on hold the call drops.
Initially i saw some logs wiht following messages Erro:reason:tried to oepn <1024,port:x". There was checkpoint article whihc ementioned to edit table.def file and h323.def.file to allow these ports. (sk14). But I am still getting call dropped. I have tied following 1. Created expilcit voip domain objects and allowd H323_any and H323_ras. 2. In the global properties alowed redirect connetions under H323. Still the call drops but nothing is logged.
