If you are running the system on Redhat Linux you can run Zebra (http://www.zebra.org) or Quagga (http://www.quagga.org); if you are running Solaris you can run the two mentioned above compiled for your system or you can purchase gated. As far as I know the only advanced dynamic routing protocols supported by MS are RIP and OSPF in Windows 2000, Windows XP Pro and Windows 2003.
