Hi, I've upgraded to NG AI, and now I'm trying to use the User Monitor, but in the status windows my policy server status is unknown!? Nothing happens if I try to Synchronize. >From Smartview Status the policy server status is Up, and I can see the number of connected users.
Do I need a license for the User monitor, or do I need to set something up on the policy server?
