The problem with PPPoE is with the MTU size of your client computer. You can control the size of your MTU through the "mtuadjust.exe" application on you SecuRemote/SecureClient bin directory. Theoretically, 1400 should solve your problem but you should try and see what is the highest MTU you can set and still work properly. If that doesn’t solve the issue, I would suggest you'll look inside your firewall and client logs.
