We are facing problem with checkpoint reporting module problem. We have
install the reporting module on Windows 2000 server but When we open the
reporting module console it does not display any reports. The screen comes
blank and after some time getting the error "An internal error has
occurred in reporting module all your data will be lost (E90047)" On smart
center server running on NOkia IP 330 we have created the object for
reporting module and log consolidator has also been configured. SIC between
smart center server and reporting module is working. One more thing I would
like to mention on management tab of reporting module it shows log file
which I have selected in smart center server.
Following is the brief of setup.
1) Inspection module smart center server is running on Nokia IP 330 firewall
2) IPSO 3.7
3) Checkpoint NG AI
4) Smart View reporter module (On)
Server.
1)Windows 2000 Server
2) Service Pack 4.0
3) Smart view Reporter
Your guidance to resolve this problem would be a great help.
