Anyone have insights into this?

The Check Point website Solution ID: sk11544 denotes...

"This can happen when the -h parameter:
 1. Does not have the correct IP address.
 2. The host name is not resolvable to the correct IP address.
 3. The host of that IP address is inreachable"

-I know that I'm entering the correct IP address for the Management
Server.
-I'm using the IP address and not the name.
-I think that the host is reachable.  I can ping it, and also when I
issue the opsec_pull_cert command, an entry is made into the SmartView
Tracker about accepting the "FW1_ics_pull"
