Facing problem with Smart view reporter for Application
intelligence.Smart view reporter console is not displaying any reports in
report window and after some time getting disconnected with error"An
internal error has occurred in reporting module all your data will be lost
(E90047)".Searched the secure KB for this error but didn't find anything.
Smart center server is running on Nokia IP 330 .Smart view reporter has been
set to on in the voyager. As per the smart view reporter documnet we have to
install the add-on in smart center server.But I didn't find any add-on for
Nokia IPSO.Anyone know wht we have to install as add-on for smart view
server in the smart center server running on Nokia IPSO or how to resolve
this problem.
