Hi, has anyone ever had a FP4 enforcement point running on Solaris 8 which repeatedly moves into a state where it occupies 100% CPU time?
Whenever the machine is rebooted, it works normally for about 5 minutes and then goes crazy. Some of the firewall services still work and sometimes a policy can be pushed when the cpu consumption drops below 100% for a moment. Interestingly top doesn't show any process occupying the CPU, all processes are around 1-2%. (I can't reach the machine or login, I just received the report. This makes it difficult, but maybe someone has seen this problem before...) regards Hadmut ================================================= To set vacation, Out-Of-Office, or away messages, send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] in the BODY of the email add: set fw-1-mailinglist nomail ================================================= To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html ================================================= If you have any questions on how to change your subscription options, email [EMAIL PROTECTED] =================================================
