Try it, you won't break anything. After you've clicked everything in place you're asked to save the policy with simplified vpn to a new policy file and it won't allow you to overwrite the old policy. I don't know about effectiveness, it just takes your current rules (remote access and regular vpns, I have no idea what it does to extranet vpns). It puts all remote access rules to the Remote Access community and you're asked to create communities for the regular vpns and put the right gateways to each community. Lastly it auto-adds a drop rule after each encryption rule to drop unencrypted traffic. -- (Mr.) Hannu Liljemark | Appelsiini Finland Oy | http://appelsiini.fi ================================================= To set vacation, Out-Of-Office, or away messages, send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] in the BODY of the email add: set fw-1-mailinglist nomail ================================================= To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html ================================================= If you have any questions on how to change your subscription options, email [EMAIL PROTECTED] =================================================
