ADDRESS TRANSLATION:

formula...???
You must to remember ever that the HIDE NAT is when you want to hide a lot
of hosts behind to one IP address.
STATIC NAT is when you want to hide a IP address behind to other one IP
address, only one...
In addiction you must remember that STATIC NAT dont modify any ports.

AUTHENTICATION:

User auth: only to use 4 services: HTTP, FTP, TELNET and RLOGIN, nothing
else.
And is when you want to restrict by USER.

Client auth: To use any services, if you want.
And is when you want to restrict by IP ADDRESS.

Sesssion auth: To use any services, if you want.
In this solution you need install a "agent" in every PC, and to use any
services, if you want.
But this solution to restrict by application, when you try to use for
example a mail client, or the I_Explorer.

I hope to have helped with your question, and good luck in your CCSA exam.
