I have a 128k leased line to our ISP with 2 Nokia IP 330 boxes with NG FP3. We are using a published application via citrix and allow our
Clients via secure-remote/client a connection into the network. We have 5-6 clients connected via secure client at any time with a growth to 20. I have setup a router access-list at our border router to only allow the ports incoming required for secure-remote/client to comms with the FW and the Fw allowed anything with no restrictions. However our client's are complaining but how slow the secure-client is over dialup. I tried to understand what the problem could be?. Is the 128 k line Sufficient?? Are it is at about 76% transmit outgoing and 33% incomming Can anybody assist with some recommendations from the router to Fw end??. The only option I see is to upgrade our bandwidth and I don't know if this will be a performance gain for the client??
