I had my Windows 2000 management station on R55 and was ready to update the Nokia enforcement module tonight. I then saw SmartUpdate had an SVN update dated yesterday.
Since I was under the impression that the management station had to have all packages on the same or higher version, I downloaded the new Windows 2000 wrapper and tried to install it. Of course, it won't do it, instead telling me that I was already on R55 and I hadn't selected any new products to install.
The only SVN version I can get from SmartUpdate is the January 13th one and the management server has the December 23, 2003 one and there doesn't seem to be any way to update it.
Is there going to be a problem if the SVN version are mismatched like this?
Thanks,
Ray Pesek, CISSP
