Hello,

you should enable both the checkboxes in "Tools" -> "Advanced IKE
Settings...".

If this does not fix it, you will have to assign a fixed IP to the machine
behind the firewall and forward any IKE traffic hitting the firewall to the
machine.

This fixes it in many cases.....

Hello FW Guru,

I have this problem and it really bugging me. Hope someone out there can
shed some light to this problem.

I have a cable modem. If I attach my PC direct to the cable modem, the
SecureRemote works no problem.

If I have my PC running behind a FW, allow everything, and NATed the
private IP to the Public IP, I can authenticate but I could not connect
to my company's servers.

My-PC ===> FW do the NATing ===> Internet

What am I doing wrong? Or can it be done like this.

Thanks in advance,

PB
