Hello, you should enable both the checkboxes in "Tools" -> "Advanced IKE Settings...".
If this does not fix it, you will have to assign a fixed IP to the machine behind the firewall and forward any IKE traffic hitting the firewall to the machine. This fixes it in many cases..... If I have my PC running behind a FW, allow everything, and NATed the private IP to the Public IP, I can authenticate but I could not connect to my company's servers.
