Can you be more specific, please?

What do you mean by "it fails", it doesn't sort the desired result or it's
generating some error?

I tried the procedure of deleting the table after having deleted/renamed a
couple of files (one is fwd.hosts, don't remember the other) and it always
worked. Sometimes a cpstop/cpstart was needed.
