The version of your smartclient (i.e. smartdashboard) must be the same as the
smartcenter server. (not the nokia appliances)

So in this case, you must use R54 on your client.

Objet : [FW-1] Problems with authentication

Hello,

I've installed FW-1 NG AI R55 in a Nokia IP130 box and I've installed
SmartClients NG AI R54 in my Windows 2000 PC.

I execute SmartDashboard in my PC. Set username, password and smartcenter.
I get the fingerprint display and I make click over "Approve" button. In
this moment I get the next error message display:

Connection cannot be established
Incompatible version of Server

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance,
