Hi, 41437 is the GUI version of plain 4.1, 41439 is the FW-1 version according to my records.
As Matthias stated 4.a is not supported anymore since last June, upgrade to NG AI R55 (or maybe R54 the previous version). Service Pack 6 has been the last SP for this version. Maybe important for you: Version 4.1 isn't supported any more since last summer. So an update to NG AI is recommended.
