Hi all...
I'm upgrading from FP2 on Windows to Splat R55.
With the same set of rules and the new mgt station
my enforcement modules starts to NAT internal-to-internal
communication just after the first policy installation.
I have one NAT rule before all automatic ones :
Source: Group with all my internal networks plus each host
with static nat ( note : no firewall objects here )
Dest. : The same group
Service : any
Trans. Source : original
Trans. Dest. : original
Trans. Service : original
Enforcement modules run FP1 and FP2 .
Any clue ?

Guy,
But that would require a fw1 licence right.
I am going to try applying Port-based acls (cisco) and only permitting
the mac addresses of fw1 nodes to chat to the management server port which
means that the fw must have inspected and accepted the traffic.
Regards
Eric

What you could do is make the Management Server a SecureServer, thus
installing CheckPoint on it, to protect itself ... Just an idea
