Hi,

We wonder if any of you encountered this isssue and
what have you done to resolve it.

We have users who travelled oversea and they tried to
connect back to our network using the hotel boardband
service (hotel uses NAT).

We are using Securemote and the user authenication to
the Firewal was OK but he is not able to access our
resource (e.g. outlook email, web) via VPN.

When we check the Firewall log, we discovered that the
VPN source is NATted to a 10.x.x.x IP. And internally,
we have a direct link to our partner's site which is
using 10.x.x.x.

>From the above, we think that the return VPN traffic
has been roouted to our partner's network via our
direct link instead of out to the internet via the
Firewall.

Anyoone has a solution/suggestion. Help appreciated.

There is a IP pool feature but it does not seem to
work. :(

Cheers,
Ivan
